Random

Wore this out initially for a 2 year old birthday party but after consulting with Himself and endless self-examination, decided to respect myself and went back to change into a pair of jeans.

I didn't want to be that girl at a kids party that all the mothers were side-eyeing.

Oh and btw, new huuurrrr

Zara blazer; H&M tank and boyfriend shorts; H&M neckpiece; Louis Vuitton Brea MM; Salvatore Ferragamo Varina bow flats; Dolce & Gabbana aviators

This hair makes me want to wear a dashiki, listen to India Arie and eat tofu :)

Love and light xx

  2. Your comments about the 2 year old's birthday party and the mothers side-eyeing you made me laugh. Had the same dilemma a week or so ago when I went to a 3 year old's birthday party. Eventually went with a respectable knee length floral number and pumps. Boy did I wish I had worn jeans. Playing with the kids (dancing, pony rides and feeding weird animals) and knee length dresses don't mix LOL. Lesson learnt. You look hot as always and I love the hair.

Anyway, maybe I'm seeing things from a Xhosa/Southy perspective..

  8. I totally get what you mean. The phrase is "Look, a husband-eater is on the prowl". And such looks, sometimes, makes one feel quite uncomfortable.

    Love the hair!

  19. You look great, but i reckon the outfit would have been too much for a 2yr old bday party

Loving the hair - Is it a weave at the back and braids in front? or just full braids? and what hair type please?

    Thanks

    1. Really? Ah well, discerning opinions.

Its a weave at the back, I just hada bit at the front braided. Don't know the name of the weave, the girl that does my hair sells it.
