Strip....
Not me...
The lovely art exhibition at the Re Le Art Gallery
According to the Curatorial Statement on the Re.Le site , "In this exhibition ‘STRIP’ we showcase a
collection of nudes in varying degrees by
painters and photographers and we seek to
amplify the body of conversation.
The purpose here is to strip bare, rediscover
and reopen the discourse around the human
form; to provoke keen engagement, investiga-
tion of anatomical information; to deconstruct
myths and truths of power, shame, freedom,
beauty (and more)- the different shades of
attendant feelings that accompany an
encounter with a naked body.
We strongly encourage you to approach these
works stripped of the caution of modesty but
clothed with the courage of an open mind."
TWP x BLD
If you live in Abuja or have partied in Abuja you'll definitely have been to PLAY or Candy.
Now the Kings of Abuja nightlife have brought the magic to Lagos with BLD by PLAY.
BLD stands for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and besides a regular menu you can order from they have pretty much the most affordable buffet in Lagos, probably in Nigeria. Only N2,500 for all you can eat, all day.

Daks Day 2015
Been meaning to post this since, seeing as my birthday was a 9 whole days ago, but my awesomest sauce photographer Alistair Englebert Preston sent over so many great pictures I couldn't pick one.
First of all....MY DRESSES...
I initially planned to wear only the black one but my friend and the event coordinator (QM Events & Design Management), Molly, insisted I not go halfsies and just kill them all. So I hit up my girl Sosa of Esosa Stores and she turned me into a golden girl...for free might I add.

Sweet July
The absolute best month of the year
Its my birthday on the 7th of July and I'm freaking out about it as usual. I don't know when I'm going to outgrow this birthday excitement but I'm hoping its not soon....I love LOVE my birthday. From the 1st of July I'm in an absolute tizzy till it arrives, and the glow remains well into the month.
July.....please be good to me.
Love and light xx
p.s. official soundtrack for my month is OMI's 'Cheerleader', not the Euro-trash version by Felix Jaehn that just got released but the original 'Cheerleader; that came out in 2012.
I heard this song for the first time last year and the melody just stuck in my head but I had no idea who sang it, then I saw the original 2012 video early this year and fell in love. I can't get it out of my head, its my absolute favorite song right, its such a happy tune. Like if I'm mad and I play Cheerleader, I'm well.....less mad.

Loving: Maju
So Maju has always been like that cool underground indie label, that has a cult following but isn't really mainstream, but in the past few months, they blew up like crazy.
I've bought two Maju pieces before HERE and HERE, and I recently added majorly to my Maju collection. My friend Zina of Style Vitae recently started working with the brand and sang their praises so much I found myself on their site one fateful night at 2am....my dears, it was like going down the rabbit-hole, I emerged in Wonderland, poorer and much better dressed.
There are so many amazing things about the collection, the quality, the originality, the affordability and the above par customer service......I wouldn't even know where to begin.
I rocked a few of my buys last weekend;
The Fiola blouse (with my friend Uju Offiah of Meena at the Iamisigo showroom soft launch)
