Work Chic

Wore this to work last week........

Cannot believe I have a job that allows me to dress this way, LOVE IT!.

Forgive me, I'm not used to bright colours or expressing myself sartorially in the work place. My last job was in a law firm and it was all blacks and greys and navys.......bleh

But at my new place I can even wear jeans! Can you believe it? Jeans!

Shirt: Ann Taylor. Trousers: Aqua By Aqua 'Stamp' Pants worn previously HERE. Shoes: Dorothy Perkins. Watch: Gucci. Necklace: Dorothy Perkins

Happy?

Oh yes *in the voice of Churchill*

Love and light xx

  7. Hi Daks,
Met u once in Aberdeen.Congrats on the job.You are beautiful and always so on point. Can a size 14 tuck in a shirt to the Office cause i read an article which totally frowns on plus size ladies doing so but i think tucking in and belts helps define the waist.

    1. Baby girl, size 14 is very far from plus size, don't know who wrote that article but the person deserves an uppercut.

Tucking in is definitely smarter, defines your waist and should be encouraged.

Please do it as much as possible xx

I'm good in that department thanks very much, lol.

You should try Topshop or Dorothy Perkins, they do an alright tall range.

Anyways, it was totally opposite when I started working with this oil servicing firm 2 yrs ago and I must be honest..at first...it was exhilarating...then too exhilarating! I have done Havanna flip flop to work before! That's how exhilarating it got!
